What sort of beds are in the twin single rooms?
There are two new king single beds.

Are the loft chalets suitable for family groups?
Yes often the parents (2) sleep upstairs on the two single beds  and up to three children sleep on the bottom level bunk and additional bed.

Do your balconies have furniture?
All the queen and twin single chalets have  balconies and a table and two chairs.

How many shared bathrooms are in the Lodge? 
There are four shared bathrooms with two showers and three hand basins in each bathroom. Additionally there are two twin rooms with their own ensuites.

Is smoking allowed?
Strictly no smoking inside but is catered for outside.

Is there a good range of eateries in Waitomo?
In the village there is a range of eateries and in Otorohanga and Te Kuiti there is wide choice of takeaways and restaurants from Japanese to Indian to Kiwi inspired food.
